Jennifer Morrison. I grew to dislike her House character so much it made me hate any other character played by her. Same with Nicholas Brendon (of course he ended up being a jerk in real life, but I hated him before we knew that). I was so glad when his character left on Criminal Minds.

I have no idea how Josh Radnor is in real life. But his HIMYM character was such a douche that seeing his face makes me want to punch him.
