i'm calling a flag on the play that this is a secret. you could walk into any dnd forum and say pathfinder did it better and get loads of agreement, to the point it's a meme. maybe golarion is the sole exception to this but, i wanna see the receipts.

IDK, there are definitely a lot of people who love Pathfinder but I don't think I've seen a ton of people talk about loving it for the setting specifically.

I could have just missed it though (I don't exactly spend a lot of time in Pathfinder-heavy circles).

that's the thing, it's the dnd heavy circles you'll find a lot of 'pathfinder is better' comments lol. but i guess the setting is talked about as much (though really settings rarely are, and when they do talk about them in dnd circles, it's to complain "pathfinder fixed this").
