Do you have design you want in mind? I think you can always look it up it's meaning

I was thinking an inside of my forearm arrow, pointing down towards my palm, with a wood shaft, fletching and a stone tip to it, and maybe a feather or a flame effect along the shaft. And the words "Aim True" to try and keep me on track.

Trad style, so thick line, limited color palette, no fine line work, and limited photorealism.

That sounds like a really common and innocent type of design, I don't think anyone would assume any kind of neonazi associations. I think you should talk to your artist about this and get their take on your concerns. In general though if I see someone with one tattoo of a symbol that SOMETIMES has neonazi associations, it doesn't freak me out on sight, though I might be a little standoffish until I get to know the person a bit more. Usually neonazis make their beliefs pretty clear in ways other than a subtle tattoo and aren't the type to keep it hidden if they're open enough to get it inked.

There is a fishing youtuber that has either a peace symbol or a crows foot rune on the inside of his wrist, and I don't know which. He does often put either country songs about middle Americana or the odd bible quote in his vids, which weird me out, but displays of patriotism and religiosity are not out of character for Americans of all stripes. If he was from my nation and slipping in nationalist sentiment and explicitly religious material out of chapel, then it would be cause for concern, but for Americans that can just be harmless normal.
