It does, but people treat it like a crackpot theory when it does come up. A few famous “pillow-babies” I can think of is Suri Noelle (formerly Cruise, because fuck that guy). There were a lot of rumours surrounding Tom’s infertility predating the pregnancy, so there were questions about whether Katie was actually pregnant. Add in the gay rumours and Scientology, it just becomes a mind fuck. Then again, Suri looks like a perfect blend of Tom & Katie, so you know she's his - which is unfortunate because fuck that guy.

The most famous example was Beyonce with her first Blue Ivy. There was that whole folding pillow conspiracy featuring Australia’s own Molly Meldrum. It’s probably why she's become a lot more guarded about herself and her family, only really discussing her private life through her art. She learnt the hard way that you can do everything perfect but still not please everyone.

I'll leave my third example more open-ended. There's rumours surrounding the KarJenners & the Royals - specifically Meghan using the moon bump. That's when we burrow down into “male celebrity is being brain-washed by some scarlet woman, so she's baby trapped him, but he doesn't have sex, so she fakes her pregnancies and then adopts some teen pregnancy meth baby to cover it all up/it’s actually a doll. I've even found the model they used on Amazon” type deals.
