So, you expect the readers of any particular fic of yours to check out all of your fic to come to the conclusion that you don't finish fic? That's kind of a bizarre expectation. I don't believe anyone needs to mark anything as abandoned as long as it's not marked as complete when it obviously isn't. It would be a courtesy if writers did mark their abandoned fic or if they know they are not inclined to finish their fic, put an author's note in the beginning of each fic saying that, but it shouldn't be any sort of requirement.
