LOL I don't read wips but I respect this. I used to read wips and I was complaining about how this one author I loved never finished anything, and my friend really turned me around on it, she was like, this author's put a ton of great ideas out into the fandom! That's her function. And I am still really thankful for that POV because going forward, I really did appreciate her little gems of good ideas for what they were and not what I wanted them to be. If every fic on your works page is chapter 3/?, people really should know what to expect.

Anyway, I write just like you except I don't post wips. But my documents folder definitely has the vibe.

People don't check through an author's page before writing a fic, LMAO. They just look at the fic title, tags, and summary. And that's all they should be expected to look at.

You people are so fucking self-involved. What makes you think you're at all important or special enough for anyone to take the time to peruse your entire catalogue, especially since their experience with a single fic will tell them it isn't worth it?
