Have you hear of the channel A Story Worth Telling? Two queer guys watching queer media. I absolutely love their vibe. I'm pretty sure YT recommended their channel because I started watching Gaywatch, lol.

Yeah, we've been watching the full episodes of KP in a discord. I want to take the word "problematic" away from them. They seem to use it to cover up not understanding narrative structure.

I only just started their KP series on YouTube, lol. I'm not there yet, but I can imagine imagine what the discussions will be like during episode 4.

Honestly, I want to take the word away from most people when it comes to KP.

Yeah, their reactions to the sex scene in episode 4 were not great. They almost immediately went into anti talking points, as if "representation" had to always be moral. Like, guys, these are mafia; Kinn shoots someone in the head in the first five minutes of the first episode and they didn't have a representation problem with that. Also, I know they have no experience with BL, but they didn't catch on to any of the "con" part of the dub-con. It's like none of it mattered to them, even though it's essential to the narrative. It kinda stays that way through ep 5 although it seems like people have been trying to get them to understand that the point of the show isn't to be "good representation" but to just tell a queer story. They finally seemed to get it in 6. We'll see if they lose their shit (derogatory) when VP starts.

Thanks for the heads up, that sounds super annoying. I think I'll try to watch 4-6 reactions all together then, so I won't have to stew in the fact that someone is wrong on the internet, lol.
