I want a tv show that is set in a fantasy world with kings and dragons, but is filmed as a Noir story. All speakeasies and world weary detectives, maybe a tavern dame with gams that went all the way up to her chainmail.

I haven't read it, but I understand Last Smile in Sunder City is a noir fantasy!
