I had to give up watching Young Sheldon, it just became unwatchable for me. Mary was just far too true to life, it was giving me flashbacks to my childhood and my ultra strict, invasive, and neurotically high strung mother. I didn't even have a fat useless dad to take the edge off, mine left us real early and I don't blame him. So nobody tell me sitcoms are unrealistic.
