The more time passes, the more I hate the "love at first sight" trope. It just feels so shallow.
I especially hate it when there's a slow burn couple and when they finally get together, they launch into "I've loved you since I first laid eyes on you". Ugh. This shit can turn OTPs into NOTPs for me.
