That's not actually what I meant. There are quite a few things that fall under the sexual assault banner that aren't forcible rape that I doubt would be seen as really all that bad by the public at large at the time. Yes, forcible rape occurred at the time and it was considered bad, but there are a host of other things that would fall under the sexual assault banner that would not be recognized as something to shun someone for.
