I feel something for your lots here, OP, as your secret and the responses are revealing to you that you're one of those people who have difficulty with animation and being unable to interpret it. I run into this with RP sometimes, people who literally can't RP live action against animation because they legit think the animated character is 2D and cartoony, a la Roger Rabbit. I don't want to call it a skill issue because there are a few people in life who have some sort of imagination short circuit that doesn't let them see a cartoon as a stylized art form, but sometimes it's a skill issue.
