OP: why can't we admit that we all share my opinion that simone biles looks weird?

Yeah, some people are just built like that. I have a friend who is like that (with a short torso) and she's never done gymnastics or any sort of sport.

While I imagine gymnastics doesn't account for most of it, I do think the training (intensity and duration) can change the course of a person's physiological development. It can make short people even shorter, depending on how hormones that impact some growth and structure are affected.
