I can tell I'm not doing as well mentally because I'm back to watching just Youtube videos. I tried doing a Stargate:SG1 watch, but I only made it partway through season 1. I just don't have the mental energy for even a full tv episode.

Mostly watching funny things. Colbert clips, actors I like on Graham Norton, Doctor Mike videos.

In my case, when that's all I'm watching for days on end, it is because my depression is bad and I just don't have the mental bandwidth for anything longer or more intense or with an actual plot.

Like, last year, I was in a super bad place since my dad passed. I basically didn't watch anything but Youtube, with only a couple exceptions, all year.

I remember I went through a depressive episode in college where I basically watched a single movie on repeat for like two weeks straight.
