I was so underwhelmed by Chris Evans' cameo in Deadpool & Wolverine. Sure, it was fun to go with Johnny Storm instead of Steve Rogers, but it didn't really feel like either character - it felt like Chris Evans. Nor did the (hair) styling help - it pretty much looked like he'd just walked out of the Ghosted set.

I write this as someone that this cameo was pretty much made for. God knows I've seen a lot of bad films simply because CE was in them, but this (for me) just didn't work.

Personally I'm confused why so many people were shocked it wasn't Cap when it was pretty obvious it wasn't going to be Cap and the only funny thing about the Cap/not-Cap part was hearing Deadpool's reaction.
