What is everyone doing this weekend?

The new season of Overwatch started and my sister wants to go all in on competitive this season. So we'll be doing out placement matches. I'm also going to do some test videos of me crocheting. We'll see how that goes. Other than that, getting my steps in and hopefully a nap on Saturday.

Bit of a spa day tomorrow. Whirlpool soak, massage, facial. Then I might go swimming if I feel up to it, otherwise come back and nap.

I'm not sure what I feel like watching, TBH. I'm going back and forth between Doctor Who, Supernatural, and Babylon 5. I'll restart one of them, just not sure which one yet.

I've got a bank holiday on the monday and because of my shift rota that means I've got 4 days off in total baby!! I'm going shopping on the monday for some things I need for the house(annnnnnd maybe going into the big bookstore in town, as a treat :3) and then doing some tidying because I need to put some bits away and throw some stuff out.

So I'm looking forward to it.

Nice, I got labor day off in a few weeks. Can't wait. Hope your 4 day weekend is great.

State Fair visit #1! The vast majority of me is thrilled. My right elbow...is not. Doing photography with tennis elbow gets real interesting, I tell ya.

Listening to Sabrina Carpenter's Short n' Sweet album because it's SO GOOD and it's a crime how short it is lol. But seriously, it's so fun, it's so cheeky, and she sounds so good in it. Totally listening to it on repeat.

If I wake up still in pain I am going to try to convince myself to go to patient first. Which ugh. Will take all day and cost a stupid amount of money. But it has been a week solid of abdominal pain and while it is not the worst I've had it is the longest and even fasting for a day didn't help. Fingers crossed I magically wake up fine!

Oh dear. Definitely need to go if it has been going on so long.

My cat received a diabetes diagnosis tonight. On thursday I'm going to the animal hospital to learn about the disease and how to give her insulin shots. She will need a shot every morning and evening for the rest of her lives. I"m thinking positive thoughts.

Oh dear. Thankfully, pets seem to be pretty adaptable when it comes to shots. I had a snake I used to have to give them to and even he grew used to them!

I looked after my parents' diabetic cat on many occasions and it's surprisingly easy to manage and not distressing for the cat. Good luck!

I overworked myself to a slight fever so I am taking it easy. Going to watch my backlog of shows, maybe use my bike just for a bit. And work. Sadly I have to do some work because it would be more healthy than trying doing it on a work week night

Stationary bike or real one? I have a stationary one but my butt starts killing me after 10 mins of use! I hope you feel better soon. :)

Stationary. I only can do like half an hour but it's still better than nothing! Especially on staying home days.
I tried using real one for daily life but having it in a city is such a bother. I have to get it in our small elevator or get keys from appartement building's basement. Riding is scary af. We don't have enough bike lanes but have more than enough of cars and fucking scooters. And also there is half of a year of winter. So stationary it is.
My friend uses a real one though.
