What's kind of awkward to me is when they change fandoms or post origfic.

Do you ever do something just because you care about someone and know it's important to them, or do you only ever do things where there's something in it for you?

nayrt - What a bizarrely unpleasant way to spin that. It's perfectly fine and not the least bit selfish if a person doesn't want to read ALL of their friend's fanfiction, particularly those in a fandom that doesn't interest them. Do you honestly think you're going to get anyone to agree with you, or are you hoping for a lot of embittered fanfiction authors who believe that friendship obligates people to do that regardless of their interests?
