I hadn't thought of that as a possibility until now and I was there when Papa III was dragged off stage at Liseberg, back in 2017.

Any theories as to whom might off Copia?

The reason nobody expected the previous Papas to die until they did is the vast majority of the band's existence did not kill off the Papas when they were replaced.

1, 2, and 3 were killed off en masse (and I do think the idea that that was clearing house in the wake of the lawsuit has merit), and Nihil was pushing 80 when he died of a heart attack...and he's still around.

3.) Just remember that there was a whole-ass magazine cover of Copia holding Terzo/III's decapitated head in his hands, with Papa Nihil looking on with seeming approval. And yet III was shown to be very much alive in the web videos...until he wasn't...and then his foot frickin' twitched. Turtle Fudge is going to fuck with us in such a beautiful way, and all I can do is buckle up and hang on.
