Goku/Vegeta should be right up my alley. But I genuinely can't ship Vegeta with anyone other than Bulma because I love them so much.

LITERAL SAME. Vegeta is for Bulma ONLY. They literally shaped who I am. Baby's first ship. :')

Goku/Vegeta is actually one of my NOTPs, lol.

I was perfectly chill with Goku/Vegeta, didn't even know it was a ship, until I followed someone for a different fandom, they swerved to DBZ for a bit, was a G/V fan who would spend all their time shitting on Vegeta/Bulma. They could have their preference I didn't care, I was even 'oh that's a different ship, cool' for a short while so I didn't unfollow immediately, but as soon as they started on the 'V/B is bad/abusive bc-' rants I fucking tapped out and block+unfollowed.

The idea of someone trying to 'this is problematic' in DBZ of all things was utterly inane.

Late reply is late, but I've seen a lot more "V/B is abusive" takes lately and I'm literally ???? about it. WHERE is it coming from? I know that there are some hardcore GoChi fans who hate V/B, but now it seems to be EVERYWHERE. o_O
