I tend to go through cycles with Youtube where I binge random channels. Some recent videos I've really enjoyed:
Dime Store Adventures: "A Wreck is a Wreck": I've become a REALLY big fan of this channel over the past few months - he does a lot of old-timey folk tales and obscure, ultra-local history type stuff. Think kind of like Miniminuteman but with a tighter channel focus. "A Wreck is a Wreck" is one of my fav videos of his about the history of shipwrecks off Block Island.
Cambrian Chronicles: "Wikipedia's King who Doesn't Exist": Another history youtuber, this one completely focused on Welsh history. EXCEPTIONAL research and citations, simple but fun editing style, really calming narration and no-nonsense approach to complicated historical digging. This video really highlights his approach to research. Deeply underrated.
Dorkfox: "Ranking Every School House Rock Song Worst to Best!": This isn't deep or anything, I just really like her style of commentary and how she breaks down what's good or bad about each of the songs. Also, I grew up with a couple School House Rock VHS tapes, so this was nostalgic for me lmao
