I like seeing people reactions to certain things when I am a fan of said thing or interested in said thing. Reaction videos to a song I like, or movie I watched, or game that just came out, or bad advice on tiktok can be fun - bonus points if they're experts or widely versed in a related field like music/cinema/video games and can break things down in informative ways.

But I'm not interested in general in "react channels" or a fan of any particular "react video creators" where all they do is react to various things, most of which I'm not interested in anyone's opinion about. Musician on youtube, who I followed for their music, reacts to terrible music sometimes? Fun. Random people scream and go OMG at random movies I've never seen? Meh
