Yeah, 8hrs two ways is over the top. 8hrs total - 4hrs there and 4hrs back - I would believe but not 16hrs of driving in one day.

I do know people that commute 3hrs each way, 6 total, daily - I live about 3hrs from a major city and some people buy property here because it is cheaper but still work in the city. As someone with a 5min commute I can't even imagine. But then I have a job that no matter where I work I won't be able to afford a house so what do I know.
