That's just not true about there never being anything with voices.
My absolute favorite track is Maidens of Sanctity from Sumeru OST, give it a listen.
Fontaine underwater tracks almost all have voices - see Miraculous Whisper for ex.

It's like latest Genshin secrets are all made by people that heard some controversial stuff about it but never actually played the game, it's disappointing.
