THIS. Give me a male character voluntarily putting on a dress and makeup and still identifying as male the entire time! I love it when characters play around with gender presentation without it turning into "character suddenly starts questioning their gender" as though people can't enjoy engaging in some gender fuckery without having an existential crisis over how they identify.

Crossdressing without questioning your gender is a very popular trope and far more widely done than crossdressing and questioning your gender... in every canon ever. Ignore fanfic and look for shows and movies with crossdressers, and you'll get everything you think the trans are stealing from you with their fanfic.

go away and take the cross you hang off with you

Eh. I would say a lot of canon crossdressing characters don't really count because they're often presented in a way to make the audience think they're the gender they're crossdressing as. So yes, while the character may identify as male, the narrative presents them in a way that makes the audience assume that they aren't.

It's the whole "surprise, this cute girl is actually a boy in a dress" sort of thing. There's a difference between that and a situation where it's very clear from the outset that the character is male.

OP is talking about porn, though. Not canon GNC/crossdressing representation. It's not about "trans people stealing this" when porn about this kink is often mistagged (keyword) or commonly goes into a direction OP just isn't into.
