This sounds like some weird incel self loathing

Not OP but wtf???

Seriously, this.

If someone is honest enough to just admit "I get so jealous when I see people who are out and happy as nerds and nothing bad is happening to them, because I was bullied so much as a kid," the decent thing to do is to empathize. Not insult them!

Except they also said they get angry. And apparently at the nerds. They’re directing their jealousy and anger in the wrong direction.

No wonder they don’t have nerd friends, at any rate.

To be fair, all they said in the secret was that they get angry and jealous. Not that they wish something bad on those people, or that those people don't deserve acceptance.

It's possible those things DO apply, but I'm just going by what's in the secret. I just know it is possible to be jealous and angry at one's own situation, and leave it at that. But I do hope OP is able to find a healthy outlet for that anger and jealousy. Or at least talk to someone. wtf we are all fucking therapists today or something lmao

unfortunately, that's what trauma does to you when you lack support and/or access to mental healthcare.

Oh noes, they had an emotion. Ignore that they haven't said they acted on it to the detriment of anyone. Just having the emotions are apparently bad now.

"I got bullied for my interests so when I see people getting love and praise for those interests I get jealous and angry".
/proceeds to make disparaging remarks about this very normal reaction "Lol no wonder you don't have friends"
Yeah, you're part of the problem.
