I figured it's the same as the LOTR movies, like look, the Venn diagram of people who look otherworldly beautiful enough to be elves and people who can do a decent job at acting is probably a really small overlap. They gotta work with what they find.

idk why but the choice of "grumpy" is making me laugh but also so so accurate. I don't care about rings of power, but in the past I have definitely had shows or cast that I just was fed up with and got all grumpy whenever I saw their faces.

Sorry that people were still being stupid in 2007 about the fact that others have the gall to be gamers.

I never mention I'm a gamer either, at least not to casual folk. I wasn't bullied as a kid but other people just side eyed me or were indifferent at best. I was fortunate enough to find online communities in the past but have yet to find gamers to click with IRL.
