Not gonna lie, I feel like gay men who are upset over fanfiction should have bigger problems to worry about.

This made me think of that one cookie run VA whose a gay man and was complaining about yaoi on Twitter a year ago or so. I feel like some gay men disavow yaoi both because of sexism (because gay men can, in fact, be misogynist) and because they feel like they need to have as little sexuality as possible in order to be respected by the straights.
