I'm into lolita fashion, so all together I've absolutely spent thousands on my whole collection (but I've been into the fashion for over a decade and have dozens of dresses, and most were secondhand purchases at comparatively cheap prices). The most expensive single purchase was probably around $400, for a specific dress I'd been wanting for years but wouldn't fit me and was finally released in a plus size. I went on a strict no-buy the moment it was announced and it was definitely not what I would normally spend but it really was a dream dress for me.
