I was at Dunkin's this morning and they had a display of cute dog toys that I know my dog would've loved, but he passed away a few months ago.

Little things like that suck. I'm so for your loss.

My dog passed a few months ago too. The other day I was at the store and they had holiday dog stuff (treats and costumes amd toys) and I automatically went to look them remembered. I didn't *forget* exactly, but it was 18 years of looking at cute things for my dog so the urge is going to take a bit to fade.

I'm sorry for your loss too, anon. I found myself looking at the dog costumes at Target the other day, but had a little laugh because I know he would've hated to wear any of them.
