I ran into one person who did it as some kind of misguided evangelism. When I asked them to tag, they said I was a transphobe for asking. As if we would all read it and suddenly discover that we all actually ARE turned on by vagina if it's male and oh look my dysphoria has been vanquished by your untagged fic.... :-/
