i don't disagree with you that a lot of writers fall into bdsm-lite dynamics without intention, but no, you need both partners to participate in the dynamic, so just one partner barking orders doesn't mean that dynamic (submission usually has to find erotic being the receiver of such orders not just seeing someone ordering; you can find the latter hot without being into the former), and weirdly enough that assertion gets to why those authors shift into bdsm so easily. they and you likely find that m/f relationships have a default power dynamic, and so they are not intentional about how they depict it and you are not intentional about how you interpret it.
