Distracting myself by either doomscrolling or clicking random videos instead of working on fic and other fanworks like I actually want to.

Also reading YT/social media comments. I'm an idiot and never learn.

Ugh. Sometimes I go to /r/conspiracy to see what they are being psychopaths about. I know I shouldn't because it just makes me sad. But there I am once a month.

I think this depends a lot on the YT channels/social media pages you're on. I've seen decent comments sections on Lost in the Pond, Steve Shrives, and even Some Ordinary Gamers. Likewise, I sometimes comment on Pew Research's Facebook postings and have a pleasant experience.
