Depends on where the hair is for me, personally. Lots of hair on the head, yay, although I do prefer more groomed beads/gotees rather than full on bush. But really not into a lot of body hair.

Tastes can change as you get older, but having people tell you it will happen is annoying as fuck at the same time. And not everyone will find their tastes changing which is also just fine.

Same here. Over 30 and still prefer 'pretty' over really masculine, muscular types with facial hair.

Problem is, there don't seem to be a lot of older, or just not really young, men who have that look. Maybe people don't think it works on men when they get older?

That's mostly due to the effects of aging. As people get older, they tend to grow more body hair, develop coarser skin and facial features, carry their weight differently (especially thickening waists), etc. All of which makes someone look less "pretty", though they may still be highly attractive in a less youthful-looking way.

Same, OP, same. I mean, I do appreciate men with more athletic builds too, but not a fan of the gym rat look with huge bulging pecs and biceps like a body builder.

Getting my fill of pretty men is one of the main reasons why cdramas are my guilty pleasure. My goodness, so many beautiful, beautiful men!

By "older" I'm just going with 40+; off the top of my head, Cillian Murphy (48) definitely fits that end of the spectrum. So does Eddie Redmayne (42). Brad Pitt's a shitter (60) but has always been more "pretty boy" than "rugged man" when clean-shaven. Michael Ealy (51), Mads Mikkelsen (58), Anthony Starr as Homelander in particular (48)... there's more I'm forgetting I'm sure. Lots of this is dependent on the character they're playing ofc

Also see: 90% of east/southeast asian actors and musicians (in asian media, not in western media). There are too many to even name on that front

Same. I love a good sideburn, and I've become a little looser about beards in general, but fur and muscles don't do it for me. There's some men I find attractive who are both pretty facially, and slender-rather-than-muscular, but then also kinda hairy (ex. David Tennant), but in that case I feel like I'm forgiving the body hair rather than also finding it attractive. I contracted a bit of a crush on Colin O'Donoghue recently, but really, while he's got quite a pretty face, the body type and hair is just like... people raving in old tags on Tumblr about getting a glimpse of it, meanwhile I'm like "nah more clothes please. The man looks good in black leather (see: Once Upon a Time), how about we cover as much as possible?" lol.
