If OP really works with children, they know that even joking about hurting them is grounds for losing their job and having all their credentials revoked. Yeah it’s anonymous but the instinct is still to tone that shit down because it’s so drummed in. So either they’re a piece of shit who hates kids, they’re lying about their work, or they don’t care about joking about hurting children because they don’t care that it’s proven to enable abusers remain undetected.

Uh, you're projecting quite a bit here. Nothing in the secret supports anything you just said and the escalation in your comment, like calling them a piece of shit or accusing them of lying, is completely over the top for what this is.
