Sam and Charlotte would have really good "opposites attract" chemistry. Also, for being the "prude" of the group, Charlotte seems to be more willing to explore her sex life than Carrie and Miranda (IMO funnily enough, Carrie was always the most sexually conservative of the group).

Carrie/Miranda makes sense because they are a lot like an old married couple. They can be real sharp at the jabs at each other but will always be there to help the other up when one is down.
