Dunno. I'm finding that a fair number of Millennials (myself included) are aging slowly even without having any (major) work done. Hell, even some of the women serving in Congress that are in the elder Millennial cohort look younger. Jasmine Crockett comes to mind; I was legit shocked to find out she's three years older than myself.

I think people adjust their mindset about what looks "older" as they themselves age

AYRT

That comes into play to some extent. On the other hand, I am still getting carded in some venues that don't card everyone while people younger than myself get a bit less scrutiny. I think for a decent number of Millennials slower aging (especially in comparison to Gen Z) is a real phenomenon. Genetic, environmental improvements, and a sizable minority of Millennials opting out of having kids is contributing to this.

Leaded petrols bans started to come in fully across the world in the 90s, smoking bans in the 2000s, drinking has been on the decline in that time frame. So, yeah, genuinely might be true that Millenials are showing signs of aging slower than previous generations.
