The new show Brilliant Minds. It's really similar to House, except there's an m/m pairing that seems very likely to become canon. The lead is openly gay, and there's the standard "the main character clashes with this other character at first but it's super obvious they're going to get together eventually" trope except that other character is a dude, which is just...refreshing, and really cool to see.

I kept seeing this advertised everywhere and while it is not my jam at all I rec'd it to a friend and they are loving it so far!
