Animal abuse. Because having those things done on one human would be totally worth it to make sure no animals were ever abused again.

But if the crime is animal abuse, you have to abuse that person's animal.

Comment just said you had to do it to the person. So I'd do the thing to the human, then protect all the animals.

But the crime is animal abuse, not abuse in general. Harming a person is not animal abuse. You would have to harm an innocent persons animals.

No, you'd have to do it to the animal. If you did it to a person that'd only get rid of assault.
