They're definitely going to be back at some point because The Master is one of the handful of enemies that nobody can resist leaving alone for too long. I'm just a bit torn on the question of a new actor. Unlike what felt like most of the fandom, I quite liked the reveal for Sacha's Master but every appearance after that was just increasing levels of disappointment for me.

Personally I do 110% want the Master back asap but I hope it's Sacha Dhawan again and not a new version! Much as I'm sure a new Master would also be great, I just really want to see his Master and Ncuti Gatwa's Doctor interact. I don't think we need to replace the Master with every new Doctor, Anthony Ainley was around for like four different Doctors.

Yeah. At one hand I want to see new the Master, at the other I really want to see Dhawan's the Master interact with Gatwa's the Doctor

There should be some kind of timeywimey bullshit so that they all come back and the Master was split into all of those hotties - and new ones to boot!
