You are the OTHER coolest anon I know now (see lower reply to later anon).

You're reading my mind so far as Xion. I wrote a fanfic before with a character in her basic position (which already sent up early warning signs when I saw the trailers), but she at least had a developed backstory, wasn't related to any of the main characters, and had some personal motives that I believe made her somewhat interesting (she was a Nobody who appeared to be able to create hearts and "grew" one of her own). Xion is just thrown on the player in some contrived, non-sensical fashion as a "Sora/Roxas backup", and all she does is whine. It's bad enough she could be a Kairi recolor, but I've seen fan Kairi "redesigns" that looked better than Xion did. Even the plot itself essentially forgets she existed. How convienient and utterly lame. :(
