Omelettes are pretty much the only eggy thing I've ever halfway tolerated because they can be masked by tasty things; my partner is a chef and made a really delicious-smelling one with mushrooms and tiny chorizo. Halfway through eating it I hit I guess a 'clump' of egg and my stomach just went "absolutely not."
