It's just s matter of exposure. I had trouble in the beginning as well, but the more things I saw her in the better I understood her. It's the same thing my ESL ears go through with anyone with a strong accent - it took me a while to be able to understand Dara O'Brien as well, now he's one of my favourite comedians. Same with Fern Brady, Frankie Boyle, Aisling Bea, Rhod Gilbert, Rob Beckett, etc.
