It is basically extreme bloating (I look about 8mos pregnant) and extreme pain in my lower abdomen and back. Vaguely reminiscent of period cramps but sharper. Earlier there was nausea but that has passed. Sometimes when this happens I actually end up vomitting, so all told this isn't the worst bout but still uncomfortable.

Possible intolerance to something? Milk, wheat/oat, something like that?
