Spoiler for the 5.1 Archon quest in Genshin Impact:

I would have found that whole ~super dark~ war sequence much more dramatic if I hadn't at that point spent weeks slaughtering Natlan natives and their pet dinosaurs for leveling materials. Especially the whole "Oh no, we don't have enough soldiers, people are dying too quickly, it's so terrible!" would have made a bit more sense if it didn't feel like the lack of foot soldiers was because I was the one who'd been decimating them shortly before the war broke out.
