Percy Jackson. I regret that I didn't read it when I was much younger, because maybe I would have loved it as much as everyone else.

I like Percy Jackson, but I feel that way about the Percabeth ship. I can't think of any reason other than nostalgia for why it's so popular with people who otherwise share my taste and distaste in ships. They love it while hating newer ships because of all the things that Percabeth also has, and pretend it has things it doesn't actually have just because those things are elements of other ships they like.
