Broadly, I find the ones where the characters are (comfortably or uncomfortably) into the problematic-ness the most interesting.

I'd rather read about characters who finds it hotter that the other character is their relative, or teacher/student, or boss/employee, or the bad guy or whatever than a character that is dithering about it. But in the "it's hot because they know it's problematic" way, not in the "it's hot and there's nothing wrong with it" way.
