A cooking show where the judges have dietary restrictions-- maybe kids who are 'picky' eaters. Just want to see those chefs who do ridiculous fancy shit get to the judges' table and get surprised by a panel of ten year olds who have strong feelings about texture. Not kids who are unwilling to try new things, or who literally will only eat mac and cheese and chicken nuggets, but like, who have requirements! Who MIGHT turn a dish away without trying it if it has certain ingredients! And you just find out when you get there after the first round what the judges' hard limits are, then you can cook a second round geared towards actually pleasing normal people, or like... making something suitable to a restricted diet.

I would watch the hell out of this, especially if they had a website where they posted the winning recipes. Or all the recipes, really.
