I have a friend who's not visibly white because she's biracial but was born here.

She's thinking she'll have to move out of Oklahoma because she's so fucking scared of not passing as white enough.

Tbh, I'm in a similar situation. I have been white passing but I've also gotten the "but you don't have the (typical regional) accent!" in the past as well, so there's no telling. For the time being, I'm in a blue county in a red state (though technically it's purple if you look at enough offices), but I've been giving moving a lot of serious thought this past week.

40% of America isn't white. If she feels better in a more diverse area, great, but this is not 1930s Germany.

I do fear that Hispanic people are going to face the most bullshit, though, along with Muslims.

Still can't believe so many people who aren't white, Christian men voted for this shit.

Her mother is Hispanic. She doesn't want to face the bullying at the least, and wants to feel remotely safe because Oklahoma is abhorrent to anyone they think is Mexican. This just gave them carte blanche to be downright evil.
