Not sure if any of these will be new you but on Hulu now:
Bob Ross - The Joy of Painting can be very soothing
The Golden Girls is funny and comforting
The Mary Tyler Moore Show is funny and warm
White Collar is mostly lighthearted capering, though there are some darker parts

Disney+ now:
Wizards of Waverly Place is silly fun
