I finished my crochet balloon dachshund! I think the ears are a bit too big but at least it can stand up on its own. And its huge.

I'm working on a sashiko sampler. It's not perfect, but it's strangely soothing to work on.

Is that like cross stitch or embroidery? I googled it and am not sure.

More like embroidery, but just with running stitches.

I’m embroidering sweatshirts for everyone for Christmas gifts. My embroidery room is trashed though (a pipe burst and it’s also the staging area for swapping things out of storage for seasons and holidays) so it’s more accurate to say I’m supposed to be working on Christmas gifts but actually I’m doing anything and everything but that :(

Oh no! Did any of your materials get damaged? Do you have an embroidery machine (I used to sell those for a living a decade ago :P).

Most of my projects are work cases. Two big asylum cases, one bond case, a bunch of other stuff.

I have a fic I've been working on forever on Sauron's perspective as he creates the One Ring. Don't know if I'll ever finish it, but I did write a bit more last week.

I finished 2 comics. They're really experimental and personal, both around a hundred pages. I'm not a great cartoonist by any means, my drawings of people are quite questionable, but I am a good storyteller and like making weird art. I just decided to lean into what I do well and see where it goes. I showed a few friends who liked it! I may or may not publish it more publicly online, because both comics deal with really personal semi-autobio stuff. It's really exciting for me because I never finished a long comic like this, just short pieces, and both stories were very cathartic for me to draw. I might just keep it as a hobby for myself. Either way I am going to keep making stuff like that, it's really satisfying to finish a story.

Even if you don't share them, it is fun to create stuff. :)

My job can get me into exhibition potentially. I am not sure I am interested tbf but I am updating my portfolio nonetheless. Because why not actually.
